About Taylor
Hello! I'm Taylor, a qualified international primary teacher with over five years of teaching experience in Dubai, Ireland and Italy. I am passionate about helping children develop confidence, enjoy learning and achieve their full potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Throughout my career, I have taught children across the IB PYP, British and American curricula, working with students of all abilities and learning styles. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Mary Immaculate College, Ireland, a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Education from the University of Sunderland, and a Certificate in Teaching English as an Additional Language (TEAL).
I pride myself on building positive relationships with both students and parents, creating lessons that are engaging, personalized and enjoyable. Whether your child needs support building confidence, catching up in class or extending their learning, I tailor every lesson to meet their individual needs and goals.
My aim is not only to improve academic achievement but also to help children develop a genuine love of learning. I believe every child can succeed with the right encouragement, patience and guidance, and I strive to make every lesson a positive and rewarding experience.

I believe every child learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit the individual student's needs, learning style and pace. My approach is patient, engaging and supportive, with a focus on building confidence alongside academic progress. I use a variety of teaching strategies, including interactive activities, visual resources, games and real-life examples to keep lessons enjoyable while ensuring learning objectives are met. I also regularly assess understanding throughout each session so I can adapt my teaching and provide targeted support where needed.
My lessons typically last 60 minutes, although I can offer 30 or 45-minute sessions for younger learners if preferred.
I am a qualified primary teacher with over five years of international teaching experience in Dubai, Ireland and Italy. I also have experience supporting English language learners and adapting lessons to meet a wide range of abilities, helping every child develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
