About Jessie
I am a qualified teacher of post 14 education, I have taught A-level psychology, criminology and health & social care as well as GCSE psychology and health. I have almost two years experience in high school in Birmingham which was cut short due to a spinal injury. I have tutored all ages from year 4 to year 13 and I am looking to continue tutoring whilst I finish a masters in Psychological Well-Being.

My main focus for students is to instil routines and confidence so they can revise independently and effectively, to eventually go into an exam as prepared as possible. My teaching method is varied, dependent on the topic, but each topic must be applied to exam questions and technique is improved constantly. I tend to use a lot of analogies to help students understand and make a very obvious distinction between analogies and what is to be written in the exams to gain the most marks.
