About Juli
I have been passionate about fitness and healthy living since childhood. Growing up in Sardinia — a stunning island in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea — I was exposed early on to various sports, with swimming being my first true passion. That is where my journey began.
As a former swimming instructor in the UK, now a qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, Health & Wellness Coach, and certified Life Coach, my mission is to guide, support, and inspire people to achieve meaningful and lasting results.
I specialize in weight management, nutritional guidance, and core strengthening. My strength lies in helping clients transform their bodies and improve their overall well-being through personalized training programs tailored to their goals, needs, and lifestyle — all while making each session enjoyable and motivating.
