I am a qualified secondary music teacher with a Bachelor of Contemporary Music and a Master of Teaching, and a professional drummer and composer with over 10 years’ experience in both education and performance. I am passionate about helping students understand and enjoy music while achieving their best results. I specialize in music performance and composition for Years 7–12, providing structured, rubric-aligned feedback and guidance for assessments, exams, and portfolios. My approach combines academic rigor with practical musicianship to develop both skill and confidence. I aim to create clear, supportive, and engaging lessons that help students improve technically, creatively, and academically. I enjoy sharing my professional experience to inspire students and make learning music meaningful, enjoyable, and rewarding.
