About Iwan
I’m a professional, working, RADA-trained actor who has worked on the West End, National Theatre and Almeida stages along with screen work for Disney+, Netflix and BBC.
I am currently staring in Look Back in Anger at the Almeida Theatre and have previously played the lead role in The Corn is Green at the National Theatre alongside Nicola Walker and Backstairs Billy alongside Luke Evans and Penelope Wilton. My screen credits include A Small Light (Disney+), Anatomy of a Scandal (Netflix) and A Christmas Carol (BBC)
I have taught group classes at RADA once graduating and continue work one-on-one with younger actors for drama school auditions and exams. I have a passion for teaching and inspiring new, budding actors and helping existing actors unlock potential.

Friendly, patient and committed, hour long lessons will be about unlocking an actor’s potential through techniques used at the highest level of the industry. Lessons will be about making a relaxed environment in which an actor can work safely and effectively with as little self-consciousness as possible. Having taught big groups at drama schools to one-on-one private tutition, any level or age is welcome.
Working with contemporary or classical text provides their own unique challenges and can be incredibly daunting. I always try to come at text in a fun, vibrant way that takes the studious nature of dissecting it away.
