I have been giving lessons for over a year, starting in Barcelona with Spanish students. I have taught students from 6-16 years old, helping them receive higher grades in their English classes, helping them pass English placement tests, and helping them advance their English skills.

My name is Andrea, and I am a recent college graduate from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Linguistics with a Spanish Emphasis. I am an English tutor for K-12 students. Each class consists of students doing both grammar exercises, grammar games, and homework help, if needed. Most of my classes consist of students with different levels of English and various learning capacities, so I am always prepared to change my lesson plan in the middle of class if I see it is not working for all of my students. I always try to keep the class moving at a fast pace but also have it be fun and interesting. My grammar games are by far the best part of class, and each class consists of at least one, varying from board games to "Simon says."
