I’m a recent graduate of Edinburgh University (MA Honours) with years of experience in tutoring, writing and mentoring. I’ve had several articles published by different publications on a range of subjects, and have always believed in reading and writing as the basis for an education in any subject.

My methodology is to guide learning rather than to teach. “Teach a man to fish” is a crude metaphor, but I believe someone learns best and retains information most when they are helped just as much as is necessary to find the answers themselves and develop their own analytic skills.
