Master in Psychology with a focus on crisis intervention. Having worked in behavioral health the focus was on improving skills to cope and understand behaviors. Using open ended question to help improve critical thinking skills. Open discussions help to build a working rapport for improved learning.
As a teacher reading and discussions are a must. Helping individuals to foster an understanding by writing short answers to explain points of interest.
