About Jonathan
I received my bachelor's in history through California State University, Long Beach and just recently completed my master's in education through National University. I am almost complete with the California teacher credentialing process to obtain my credential to teach secondary school. This past school year I student taught for the first semester and substitute taught for the remainder of the year in math, English, history, science, art, and physical education.

I believe in making history exciting despite it sometimes being thousands of years old! I like to incorporate videos, pictures, and songs to assist students in visualizing what we are studying. My lessons are for students at the middle and high school levels of history relating to ancient civilizations, modern world history, and U.S. history.
