About Vivi
My name is Viola, Vivi for short, and I am an IELTS 8.5 scorer with a strong passion for helping students improve their English skills in a clear and structured way. I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident practicing and making progress step by step.
I believe that effective learning comes from understanding each student’s individual needs, so I adapt my teaching approach depending on their level and goals. My lessons are structured, practical, and focused on real IELTS exam performance, especially in speaking and writing.
I aim to make complex ideas simple and easy to apply, helping students improve not just their language skills but also their exam strategy and confidence. My goal is to help learners achieve higher band scores through consistent practice, clear feedback, and targeted improvement.

I am Viola, an IELTS 8.5 scorer who focuses on helping students improve their speaking and writing skills through clear, practical, and exam-focused methods. My teaching approach is based on identifying each student’s weaknesses first, then building a personalised plan to improve fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and structure step by step.
A typical lesson begins with a short speaking warm-up to assess fluency, followed by targeted practice such as IELTS Speaking questions or Writing tasks. I then provide detailed feedback, correcting mistakes and explaining how to improve answers to reach higher band scores. We finish with strategies and homework designed to reinforce progress.
What sets me apart is that I am a recent IELTS high scorer, so I understand the exam from a student’s perspective and know exactly what examiners are looking for. I explain things in a simple, direct way rather than using complicated theory.
My lessons are for students preparing for IELTS who aim to reach Band 6–8+, especially those who struggle with speaking confidence or writing structure.
