About Troy
I am a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) in New York State. I have a robust academic background spanning biological sciences and advanced clinical nutrition. I hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Dietetics and Nutrition from Utica University. Building upon that foundation, I earned my Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England in 2025, where I completed a comprehensive systematic review on the MIND diet and its effects on depression. Driven by a commitment to the highest levels of clinical practice, I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Clinical Nutrition (DCN) at the University of Western States with a focus in functional nutrition.
Rather than relying on simple symptom-pattern recognition, I utilize integrative models and the Pathway for Clinical Reasoning. My practice is heavily focused on functional nutrition, metabolic pathways, and nutritional biochemistry, applying evidence-based protocols to optimize client outcomes.
Outside of my clinical and academic commitments, I have a rich personal life. I am an aficionado of classic jazz, often listening to Frank Sinatra while brewing an exceptional, high-quality cup of coffee.
