About Kaia
With more than 8 years of experience, I am a dedicated Flute tutor teaching students from School level to College and working professionals. I believe learning music should be enjoyable and well-organised.
My tutoring style is patient and student-focused. I concentrate on breath control, posture, finger coordination, tone quality, and rhythm clarity. I make sure students learn at a comfortable pace.
In addition to flute training, I teach music theory, notation reading, sight reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. I also help students prepare for exams and performances.
One of my unique strengths is helping students stay motivated through regular feedback and clear practice routines. My goal is to help students grow with confidence.

My flute teaching methodology is focused on clear communication, creative practice, and flexible learning to help students grow comfortably and confidently. I explain flute techniques using simple words and clear demonstrations so students can understand easily.
Open communication is encouraged, allowing students to ask questions and share challenges during lessons. Creativity is included through creative warm-ups, rhythm activities, tone exercises, and expressive music practice to keep learning enjoyable.
I focus on building a strong foundation while developing musical expression and confidence. Lessons are planned flexibly and adjusted according to the student’s level, learning speed, and goals. Flute training includes breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger coordination, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading.
In addition to flute, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, note reading, rhythm training, ear training, and basic performance skills to support complete musical development.
