With over 15 years of experience.
Each session is a holistic, personalized experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, and support your nervous system. We begin with a grounding check-in and breathwork to regulate the nervous system and set a clear intention. From there, we move into gentle mobility and activation exercises to awaken the core and joints, followed by strength and Pilates-based training tailored to your needs—whether you’re postpartum, rebuilding, or simply seeking functional strength. The session closes with a restorative cool down, including stretching, breathwork, and nervous system regulation techniques to help you leave feeling strong, centered, and at home in your body.
