My attention to detail, organization skills, and general reliability allow me to prosper in a working environment. I have a clear understanding of the importance of working with other
people and tending to student needs and queries due to my previous work experience in which I have had to assist customers in multiple different situations to provide the customers with a good experience and uphold the company’s values. After having learned a great number of skills from my previous role, I am incredibly motivated to grow and excel in this place of work developing my current skills and
taking on new ones while propagating the aims of students.

Understanding student needs and styles of learning is a necessity for proper engagement between tutors and students. Constructing a method of differentiated teaching helps to unlock students' potential and fulfill goals. The typical length of a tutoring lesson could last between 30-60 minutes. Have taught multiple students in Karate for 4-6 months in 2022 as well as helping with tutoring multiple students in NCEA English level 1 in semester 2, 2023.
