About Lava

I am a Fitness enthusiast and I am in fitness from 15 plus years, I completed my yoga certification RYT 500hrs in 2021, I am teaching yoga from 5 years.
I would love to share my knowledge and skills to as many as possible and spread the knowledge of yoga to many for the healthy living.

About the lesson

You will be taught everyday different pranayama techniques and sun salutations, asanas for flexibility and power yoga to increase you stamina and to build strength. Relaxation techniques that is yoga nidra for stress relief, insomnia, depression, anxiety and overall for an healthy mind and body.
