About Melanie
I have been a yoga practitioner for 30 years and have been teaching for 19 years. I have taught group classes in yoga studios as well as corporate locations in the tech field and I also have private students. I am certified in Universal Freestyle yoga and Vinyasa Flow and studied many other forms of yoga as well, all which contribute to my teaching style.

I base each class on the mood of the students and what they want/need and go from there. No two classes are alike as they organically unfold as I go but they all have a basic structure that I adhere to based on my training. I like to have fun as I teach and encourage students to do the same.
