About PramurttaShourjya
I am a Power Plant engineer, with a daily challenge to apply the most difficult mathematical and physical problems across diverse fields.
I have mentored a number of recent graduates and slightly more experienced personnel, who do not seem to have the full confidence to apply their knowledge to emerging situations or know exactly which part of their knowledge ought to be used in that appropriate context.
That is exactly the type of lacuna I want to remove from my perspective students, which should bolster their confidence and improve their ability to take on difficult challenges.

Concepts aren’t generally taught in a comprehensible way, which is a linear method. I teach differently. I concentrate on the simpler basics and build up confidence with simple problem solving skills. Then I return to the basics to reinforce on the fundamentals to acquire greater insights for more difficult problem solving. Ultimately, the student acquires both knowledge, conviction and the confidence to solve the most difficult problems across any situation. I have undergone very successful personal coaching by teachers who adopted a similar approach.
