I have over 20 years of experience in Teaching grades 6-12 English.
I was Teacher of the year in 2006. My co-teacher and I were runner up Team Teachers of the year county wide 2015. I was a District Evaluator for 7 years where I observed hundreds of lessons and delivered feedback on best practices.

The lesson is created with a backwards design which leads up to a final assessment. Through monitoring and feedback, I will be able to scaffold the student's prior knowledge and them towards mastery.
