About Molly
Even in my classroom, I provide one-on-one conferences to help students especially with their writing. I believe providing each individual with undivided and specialized instruction in order for student to find their strength and identify their weaknesses without facing shame. I also have a very accepting view of things; I acknowledge the struggles we all face, especially students today.

I have taught in a high school setting most of my career, so I understand the importance of creating engaging lessons that relate to the students’ interests. I believe in building connections and learning about the students on order to build a relatable curriculum suitable to their strengths.
