Self-defense is about protecting your health and well-being in the face of danger. This course explores self-defense as a legal and responsible response, helping you understand when and how protective actions can be justified, while emphasizing prevention, situational awareness, and self-control. ️
In this course, I present practical self-defense concepts designed to build your confidence and prepare you to react calmly under pressure. You will learn how to handle threatening situations involving one or more attackers, while prioritizing vigilance, control, and personal safety.
Course disciplines: MMA – Wing Chun – Aikido – Systema – Freestyle.
