About Maretha
I am a self taught cook inspired by the different cultures and people I meet. Cooking for other people makes my heart full and many times they didn't believe the I cook with basic ingredients grown in my garden.
I have taught young adults and kids to cook safely and fun dishes for nearly 2 years.

My teaching methodology is always fun, I want to excite my students so they also feel inspired by all the possibilities in cooking. I cook traditional, exotic and I improvise a lot. At first I would get to know my students needs and what he/she would like to learn. There will be a lot of communication and I will instruct from preparation of the ingredients until the very end where you present it on the plate.
