P C Rao Sir is excemptionally un parallel Maths teacher in my knowledge & I had the good fortune to work with him in the same institution where P C Rao Sir was the Principal & myself the AO of the campus. His commanding power over the subject knowledge is evident from His scholastic achievement- P C Rao Sir is a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Mathematics from Sri Sathya University & a very dedicated & devoted Person for the Students & Science in particular & to the Society in general. Apart from His teaching skills which needs no evidences, his administrative talent needs special appreciation. I can strongly endorse P C Rao Sir to anyone who needs to explore the Ocean of Maths. All the best wishes for all his chosen & blessed students
