About Shashwat
My name is Shashwat Tripathi. I am working in Infosys as Senior System Engineer. I have been part of this organisation for now more than 3.5years. I had a natural aptitude for mathematics and in India if you have an inclination towards math you tend to go towards engineering, hence ended up being an engineer but maths and numbers have always been my areas of interest, hence opted to teach and impart knowledge about that subject.
What I have learnt in my life in the last 15years is that there are three important things in my life which have helped me to succeed or achieve whatever I have up-till now all comes from one of the shloka's of Gita which is :
"utsahan nishchayaat dhairyaat
tat-tat- karma parvartanat"

I love teaching students and shaping their future. I am passionate about numbers and maths in general. My teaching style incorporates methods which will make learning fun. It's different from the usual pedagogy which focuses more on mugging up formulas instead making them inquisitive to know the practical application of what they learn from real world scenarios. It also includes developing a natural aptitude for maths in my students and building logical mindset in them.
