I set defined goals with my students -- at the beginning of the school year or even of each lesson -- the whole class will have a better understanding of its individual and collective accomplishments.

About Felix
I am passionate about the younger generation. As a student of B.Sc. Sociology 300 level and a graduate of English/Social studies. The society only survives when the people are educated. Any society where education is not given much priority, such a society will be dysfunctional because crimes and social vices will be part and parcel of such society.

Most of the students in the present generation are slow learners. To remedy this problem, private and extra classes should be assigned to such a category of students. In addition, private lessons help an individual to remain focused on what is being taught.
