About Shivani
I'm Shivani, a student and your soon-to-be favorite tutor. I'm just starting my B.A. in English Literature, but I've always had a passion for teaching, learning, and breaking down complex things into easy bits. I’ve been the go-to person for my friends and juniors whenever they needed help before exams — and I realized I love helping people understand things in a way that finally makes sense. I’m friendly, chill, and 100% patient. No scary teacher vibes here — just someone who understands you, explains things clearly, and makes sure you leave class feeling more confident every time!

I customize my teaching to suit your pace, style, and goals. My focus is on making sure the student actually understands the topic — not just memorizes it for the exam. My Teaching Methods I use real-life examples, storytelling, to explain tough concepts. I teach exam-smart strategies, helping students score well with minimal stress. I include active recall, and mini quizzes for better memory. I’m also open to explaining things in Tamil/Hindi/English/Malayalam, based on what’s comfortable for the student. Structure of My Classes 1. Warm-up 2. Main Lesson 3. Practice Time 4. Wrap-up 5. Homework help or Test prep (if needed). I’m flexible with how formal or casual the session is — depends on the student’s needs. What Makes Me Special I’m a student myself so I understand the pressure and frustration. I focus on mental wellness alongside academics so no guilt, no shaming, just growth.
