About Sàvio
Hi! I’m Sávio, a professional singer and vocal coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Music Performance. I’ve been fortunate to perform on stages around the world, from grand opera houses to contemporary music venues. My career spans multiple genres, including Baroque, Classical, Contemporary, Oratorio and more. As a contratenor, one of the rarest male voices, I bring a unique understanding of vocal technique and artistry to my teaching. Throughout my journey, I’ve won prestigious awards, including the highest honour in an opera competition in South America, and have been invited to perform in major international events. My extensive experience on stage has given me the insight and skills to help singers at all levels, from beginners to advanced performers. In my teaching, I combine the latest vocal techniques with a student-centred approach, focusing on your individual goals. Whether you want to explore your voice for the first time or refine advanced skills, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with patience, encouragement, and expert advice. When I’m not singing or teaching, I love exploring different art forms and disciplines, including Japanese martial arts, which have enriched my approach to performance and life.
