•Tuesdays: legs workout programs- squatting, hamstring, lunges, thighs & Calves.
•Wednesdays: Arms Workout programs- biceps & triceps.
•Thursdays: Abdominals #sit ups & obliques.
•Fridays: Back Workout programs- deadlights, back & front barbell/ dumbbell row, pull ups & lats.
•Saturdays: Shoulders Workout programs- military, includes dumbbell & barbell.
