About Zoe
I'm in my final year of a Speech and Language Therapy student at DMU and English graduate from University of Sussex. I have a first class BA and have had various creative writing published in online journals. As part of my speech therapy training I have completed placements with children and young adults. I've also previously worked as a nanny in Australia and volunteered as a TA in a local primary school in Leicester before my second degree. My teaching style is to be student led- I will create lessons based on what they feel are their needs and what they think they would find helpful. As part of my placements I have delivered communication sessions and an early talk boost programme, using games and activities to improve communication. I would welcome this kind of work as well as more academically driven sessions.
