Hello! I’m Sneha, a proud 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. Currently, I am pursuing my studies in commerce with a focus on artificial intelligence. Alongside karate, I have a passion for contortion and football, which keep my spirit vibrant and engaged. In my training sessions, we’ll kick things off with essential endurance-building exercises to warm up your body, followed by foundational jab-cross combinations to sharpen your skills. As we progress, we'll delve into advanced self-defense techniques and fighting strategies that are valuable both in real-life scenarios and competitive tournaments. Will also learn foundational karate basics like kata and kumite. Anyone above 7 years can learn. Help me create a karate community which can help you and those near you in need.
