About JOSE
Young professional certified in technology and science applied to sports. I was part of the men's soccer team at the Javeriana University. I am also part of 3 different football teams from the Javeriana. I have belonged to soccer schools since I was 6 years old and I have been in gym since I was 16, educating myself every day on topics such as nutrition, training methods, the combination of soccer and gym.

I do first 2 classes in which I rate the attributes of the people and the aspects to improve, and then start a specific training plan for the person according to their goal. I am a demanding person with my students since I fully trust in the will of my students to overcome mental fears.
