About Molly
I am a very passionate and motivated individual that does not believe in half-doing anything. I have extensive experience in the classroom setting with different student teaching opportunities I have had as well as summer camp experience that has allowed me to get a holistic view on what is able to motivate even the most nihilistic and unmotivated of students. I believe in high expectations with firm but grace-filled reinforcement. I want my students to succeed and I firmly believe every child can when given the tools and the time.

My teaching philosophy is centered around the belief that students should have an active role in their learning. I implement this by focusing my instruction on giving them the tools and skills to complete a task and empower them to draw conclusions and formulate answers on their own. I believe this method fosters critical thinking skills as well as giving students a unique sense of satisfaction when a difficult assignment is completed well.
