About Ben
I am a student and have almost completed the third year of my bachelor's degree in sociology. I have been tutoring since the 12th grade, when I began tutoring as part of a program conducted by my school. I have since tutored many of my friends in numerous humanities.

I prefer to ground my teaching in realistic scenarios. Sociology is all about the link between our experiences as individuals and larger societal context in which they take place. Therefore, I find it useful to introduce theoretical topics in sociology through a lens which is personally relatable and then expand it to the macro context.
