Lesson time: 30 min to 1 h (happy to do lessons back to back as well) My typical approach to teaching is to have a short initial session to discuss your goals and how I can best assist. Then I would propose a plan of action. If you have questions or you'd like to adjust something we can discuss, and when you are happy with the plan we can move forward with the lessons.
In terms of my qualifications:
I'm currently working as a Game Programmer in the Video Games industry and my work focuses on developing Virtual Reality (VR) games using Unreal Engine 5 and C++. I also hold a Distinction Master's degree in Computing with focus on AI and Data Science and a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Computer Games Programming.
My skillset includes:
- Languages: C++, C#, Python, SQL, MongoDB
- Game Engines: Unreal Engine 4 & 5, Unity and Godot
- UI Frameworks: Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- .NET Core
- Automated Testing: UE5 Test Automation, XUNIT & NUNIT
