As a tutor, I focus on making complex topics feel approachable and comprehensible! My Teaching Method: I break problems down step-by-step, making sure you understand the why behind each concept—not just memorizing formulas. I use real-world examples to build a strong foundation in logic and problem-solving. What Lessons Look Like: - Warm-up: Quick review of last session or a mini-quiz to refresh key ideas - Core Focus: Tackle 1–2 concepts that the student is struggling with, using practice problems and real-life applications - Practice & Support: Walk through challenging questions together, step-by-step - Wrap-up: A summary of what we learned What Sets Me Apart: - I’ve been in your shoes recently—so I get it - My lessons are relaxed but focused; I meet you where you are and help build confidence - I graduated high school a semester early with a 4.5 GPA - I've taken 7 AP classes, passing 5 exams - I got accepted into 18 colleges/universities - I'm taking 17 credits at Crafton Hills College - I'm attending UCLA in the fall Who These Lessons Are For: - High school and middle school students (Algebra, Arithmetic, Pre-Calc, Calculus, College Applications, etc.) - Students preparing for AP Calculus AB - Anyone who wants to boost their GPA, prep for college, or just feel more confident in math
