About Sowjanya
I am a MBA graduate who worked in IT for 6+ years and have personally experienced the benefits of Yoga (general yoga and Pre and Postnatal yoga). Yoga helped me in faster recovery and in being a fit human. So have quit my job and explored this path and have done certifications (YTT200 and Prenatal specialization). Now have ventured this path of yoga as a full time Yoga trainer.

I take 1-on-1 tailored sessions be it online or offline (10 km radius from Sanathnagar, Hyderabad) Fertility sessions, Prenatal sessions (starting from 5th week post TIFFA scan), Postnatal sessions (after 3 weeks in case of Vaginal delivery and in case of LSCS it's case basis).
