Facilitator of the National Public Procurement System imparting knowledge to state suppliers (currently the supplier base amounts to 70,000) and public servants of all hierarchies (Ministers, Vice-Ministers, Directors, Technical Experts, among others). Currently in the training team we have trained more than 15,000 people. Public institutions and government agencies of the Dominican Republic use the platform of Law 340-06 on Purchases and Public Procurement for all its operation and operation.
