About Grace

Hi, I'm Grace! I'm a Spanish graduate with a genuine passion for languages and helping others discover the confidence and enjoyment that comes with learning Spanish. I'm friendly, patient and approachable, and I love creating relaxed lessons where students feel comfortable learning, asking questions and making mistakes.

About the lesson

I am a BA Spanish graduate with a passion for languages, communication and helping others build confidence in Spanish. My lessons are designed to be supportive, engaging and tailored to each student's individual goals and learning style.

I teach a range of students, including primary school pupils, GCSE students, absolute beginners and adults learning Spanish for holidays, travel or personal interest. Whether you are preparing for exams, looking to improve your speaking skills, or starting from scratch, lessons are adapted to your needs and pace.

My teaching approach focuses on practical language use alongside a solid understanding of grammar. I use a variety of resources, including presentations, interactive exercises, role plays, conversation practice and real-life scenarios to help students develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing. I believe learning should be enjoyable, and I encourage students to actively use Spanish from the very beginning.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and include a mixture of vocabulary, grammar, speaking practice and revision. I also provide lesson notes and optional homework to help reinforce learning between sessions.

As a tutor, I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their confidence. My goal is not only to improve your Spanish but also to help you enjoy the learning process.

Grace has a natural ability to explain complex Spanish grammar concepts in a way that is clear, engaging, and easy to understand as a new learner. She always goes into just the right level of detail, making sure I understand not only the rules but also how to apply them naturally.

It’s clear that she puts a great deal of time and thought into perfecting her resources, and every session feels carefully tailored to my individual needs and progress. I’ve really appreciated how personal and engaging her lessons are, and I would highly recommend Grace to anyone looking to learn Spanish!
