I am a mother to three and a grandmother to one. I understand that all kids are different and have many unique learning styles. I love to use the word, yet! Instead of saying, “I can’t read.” We say, “I can’t read, YET!”

I have 19 years of experience teaching basic reading skills. I love to have fun while learning! I have taught in the general education setting and spent the majority of my teaching career in the special education classroom. If one teaching method doesn’t work, we will keep trying until we find the one that does!
