About Sam
I am a special needs teacher so work with a range of students to learn in alternative ways. I have helped children to pass their 11+ by finding a fun and engaging way to learn. If a child has an additional need I am more than happy to try and adapt my lessons to cater for this need and make it work. Being dyslexic myself I know the struggle of trying to learn the simple things like times tables but with some help and making it fun it is doable. I am enthusiastic and bubbly and I am looking forward to this journey with you.

Usually my lessons are tailored completely around the students. I will get to know the student as a person asking what they like and don't like. I will also be asking the students and the parents what they feel they are good at and not so good at. This will enable me to work out which topics to help with and allow me to help my students. I don’t want to make my lessons boring I want to encourage, engage and motivate my students to have a positive experience whilst they learn.
