I am a bubbly, friendly person who enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them - we'll become fast friends! I am extremely enthusiastic about fitness and love my work - it's the best job in the world! I will be your loudest cheerleader and biggest supporter, whilst holding you accountable. I have over 7 years experience as a personal trainer and 10 years in fitness. I am passionate about helping women gain or regain their confidence, whether it's due to body confidence, lifestyle changes or any other reason. I want you to look amazing, feel amazing and be confident inside and outside of the gym!

My approach to personal training is very much 'firm but fair'! I expect you to work hard but it's equally important to me you enjoy the experience and learn to love exercise too. I ensure to show correct form, set up and use of a variety of equipment and machines as well. I will educate you on what the exercise does, where it works and why we are doing it. We will also discuss diet and nutrition to ensure you get maximum results from your training. My sessions are 45 minutes long, suitable for every level from beginner to advanced and I have clients aged 18-60! I am a level 3 qualified PT with additional qualifications in padwork (boxing for fitness), Olympic lifting, stretching, suspension training (TRX) and kettlebells. I have direct experience with significant weight loss and training styles from marathon running to Olympic lifting, HIIT and bodybuilding.
