I am an author of a spiritual book titled, "I am You" and I am also a spiritual teacher who focuses on teaching people about the understanding of the mind and its operations to reduce mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety. I also teach people how to use their mind effectively to achieve the life that they want.

My teaching is drawn from vast knowledge gathered over time from books, personal experiences and the experiences of my students who write to me to share how my teachings have helped and improved their lives. I offer online one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions. Since I work with spirit, I do not care much what your problem is, all I want to know is what would you like to achieve?
