My teaching philosophy is to provide variety to how I deliver including use of games/activities to bring learning to life. I also have an emphasis on 'learner-centred' approaches where I will set problems for learners to solve and produce artefacts based around this. For example, research a topic and present your ideas back to me. This is a 'learning to learn' approach and helps improve study and employability skills.
