About Matamela

I am a graduate who just obtained a bachelor degree in Education, I am a Netball player and a coach, I played at University level for the varsity cup and now selected to play for the Telkom league. I coach the B team for our local community team.

About the lesson

I use the interactive method which works best for me and the learners, it allows leaners to interact at their level best and full capacity. As a teacher I provide an opportunity for interaction or team work among the learners. I ask them questions to promote critical thinking and provide opportunities for enhancement of communication skills among leaners.

Sports is not only about having fun but it is about relaxing and also helps the body build more connections between nerves leading to increased concentration
