About Shaun
I am a nutrition (BSc) and sports nutrition (MSc) graduate, who consistently achieves and helps others to achieve the best possible grades within these fields.
With experience working for one of the worlds leading sports nutrition companies, I have consulted and presented to some of the best athletes in the world. I have also delivered talks to undergraduates in UK universities for nutrition, and sport and exercise science.

I give lessons to all students studying A-levels, degrees, or post-graduate qualifications in sport science and nutrition.
I use a simplistic approach to teaching, making sure the foundational knowledge is entirely understood before delving into more complex concepts.
I initially tend to grasp the level of the students knowledge, before using a facilitative approach that encourages self-learning of new concepts from their previous knowledge base. This allows for a development of critical thinking skills and a deeper understanding of a given topic that can ultimately be retained and not forgotten.
I always encourage discussion, and even debate, to test ideas and opinions and thus develop ones understanding.
