About Hashim
I am a sport exercise therapist and physiologist of physical health and activity. I process the knowledge if the human body, anatomy, the break down of the muscles, ligaments and tendons. I understand the concepts of injuires and how to prevent them. I have understanding on nutritional value and how to lose weight through proven methods. I have a understanding of disease of the body, why they happen and how they can be prevented.
