About Lina
I am a Canadian-Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and Kinesiology graduate with 6+ years of experience working with students, athletes, and individuals of all ages. My background spans clinical rehabilitation of acute, chronic, and post-operative MSK injuries, concussion management, and injury prevention programming.
I tutor Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Health Sciences from a place of applied clinical knowledge I have supervised and mentored students and interns professionally, so I understand how to break down complex material in a way that actually makes sense and sticks.
My approach is patient, personalized, and judgment-free. I believe every learner is different, and I take the time to understand how you think before deciding how to teach. Whether you are struggling with a concept, preparing for an exam, or want to genuinely understand the science behind how the human body works, I am here for it.

Whether you're a parent wanting to set your child up with strong foundations, a woman navigating fitness or a young athlete wanting to perform at their best, this is for you.
I don't do one-size-fits-all, I understand that every person is different. I'll meet you where you are at, listen first, and then build from there. No cookie-cutter plans, no pressure, just honest, evidence-based guidance from someone who cares about your progress.
Sessions are online and typically last 1 hour.
