About Oscar
I have been a qualified PT for over a year, whilst coaching kids to young adults for over 8 years. I have coached 1-2-1 and groups up to 80. I have had numerous athletes go on to make national teams as well as a handful making GB squads.
Most of my clients have been related to dealing with injuries and returning to sport. However I work with any goal.

I offer a range of services to suit your needs.
If you're looking for a PT then the sessions will be very relaxed. Containing warm-up, the session itself, and a cool-down. Before the first session I will need to know your goal(s) and any specific considerations, this allows me to tailor each session to you. This may require a quick chat beforehand.
If you're looking for help with an injury, then there will need to be a longer consultation process. This means our first session will be a call or chat to run through this consultation. This will involve a general conversation about yourself and lifestyle, a history of any injuries, as well as a postural and possibly physical assessment (depending on the situation).
