About Catherine
Passionate about sport since always, I orient myself after a bac S towards a STAPS course. Three years later, I graduated with a STAPS Sports Training license. In order to deepen my knowledge in the field, I am joining this year the STAPS master of Nice. I practiced many sports during my childhood and adolescence, however I am skinny during this period, and it is very difficult for me to gain weight. When I arrive at university, I start weight training, my body changes and I am all the more motivated every day. I quickly became interested in nutrition, and began a rebalancing of food. Thanks to this, my physique has evolved, and I am more motivated every day: I feel good in my body.
