My tutoring approach is highly individualized, focusing on each student's unique needs and learning style. I employ a variety of techniques, including:
1. Diagnostic Assessment: I begin by assessing the student's current knowledge and skills to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
2. Customized Lesson Plans: Based on the assessment, I develop tailored lesson plans that address specific learning objectives and goals.
3. Interactive Learning: I use interactive methods, such as problem-solving sessions, discussions, and practical exercises, to engage students and deepen their understanding.
4. Conceptual Understanding: Emphasizing a strong grasp of underlying concepts before moving to more complex topics ensures a solid foundation.
5. Real-World Applications: Where applicable, I relate lessons to real-world scenarios, particularly in essay writing and business school preparation, to make learning relevant and practical.
6. Continuous Feedback: Providing regular feedback and encouraging students to ask questions fosters a supportive learning environment and promotes continuous improvement.

The typical length of a lesson is one hour. However, this can be adjusted based on the student's needs and preferences. For intensive subjects like dissertation preparation, sessions may extend to 1.5 to 2 hours to ensure comprehensive coverage and sufficient practice.
