My personality allows me to easily adapt to change and circumstances because I would often describe myself as a chameleon. I have attend various courses on E-learning and how to help learners in the classroom. Living in a world that is filled with technology I do feel it important to incorporate it into daily lessons. Therefore using tools relatable to students will help them to successfully learn.
